The Indian Supreme Court on Tuesday decided that the National Investigation Agency (NIA) can test all part of the case including Hadiya, a 24-year-old lady from Kerala, with the exception of her marriage to a Muslim man, watching that she’s a grown-up and is allowed to pick her life accomplice, as indicated by media reports.
“She has taken an autonomous decision… she is 24 years of age. Marriage must be separate from the part of criminal action. Else we will make a terrible point of reference in law. News organization ANI cited A Raghunath, one of the direction of Hadiya’s dad, as saying: “We anticipate that the NIA will document a report and the court to allow the young lady to proceed with her examinations. We are upbeat that she is protected. How about we see what happens.” The court will additionally hear the issue on February 22.
